What is WodMachine?
WodMachine is a free functional-fitness workout generator that builds sessions around the equipment, time, movements, and training focus you choose. Instead of placing random exercises beside a random rep scheme, it checks movement patterns, difficulty, loading, volume, and time domain together. The result can be a short bodyweight WOD, a full hour with warm-up and skill work, or a benchmark from the workout library. Every result includes scaling information and a built-in timer, and the public generators work without an account.
Use it when you need a structured workout at home, in a hotel, or in an unfamiliar gym. Select only the gear you actually have, optionally include or exclude movements, and adjust the result to your current ability.
