- 3 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 150 g spelt flour
- 10 dates
- 10 walnuts
- 100 ml (almond) milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 25g 87% dark chocolate

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, you can put 2 bananas, 3 eggs, the flour, baking powder, milk, flaxseed in the blender.
- Once you have done that, add the soaked dates too. Blend this.
- Add the walnuts in broken pieces. Add half of the third banana in small pieces. Also add the dark chocolate in small pieces. Stir well
- Then you can pour/scoop it into a cake tin (with baking paper). If all goes well, you should have half a banana left over, cut it into pieces and put it on top of the cake.
- Put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees (keep an eye on it). When a clean skewer comes out, the cake is ready!
Let it stand for a while and then attack immediately! Because fresh & warm and smeared with peanut butter is best!
