- 100 g almond flour
- 50 g broken flaxseed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 75 ml oil (e.g. sunflower)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 g Zusto (or another sugar substitute)
- 50 g almonds
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C hot air) and line a baking tray** with baking paper.
Mix almond flour, ground flaxseed, salt and baking soda. - In another bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla and oil, then beat in the Zusto well.
- Add the dry mixture and stir well.
- Coarsely chop the almonds and cut the dates into pieces. Spoon everything into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for about 25-30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
